“We contacted our insurance company around 9 pm on Thursday when we found the water damage. Brandon made the initial contact advising that he was leaving one job and would be at our house at approximately 11:45 pm. He was on time and worked at our house until 2:30 am. He removed all the flooring and placed all the equipment that was needed. After working all day and it being that late at night he still was very friendly and answered all of our questions. The next morning the other Branden arrived to check the equipment and removed the damaged sheetrock. One room had an awful odor so he sprayed the concrete to help eliminate it. He was very informative about how the process would work once they were done with their part. He came back on Saturday to check the equipment then came back on Monday to remove it. These guys made this experience so easy with their professionalism and caring attitudes. I would definitely recommend this company and these guys to everyone!”

They brought in their machines and dried that complete area and the downstairs area that the water had leaked to. I cannot say enough about these people. They answered every question I had in layman’s language so I understood what had happened and what they were going to do. Their service people were very friendly. The office personnel were friendly and called for follow-ups to make sure I was happy with their work. They called prior to coming and set up a time for their service people to come to check the wet areas and their people were always here at the agreed-upon time. This is a great company to work with. I highly recommend them and it is my opinion you will be pleased with their work and customer service.”
